Shipping & Delivery

Our customer service department is available to call at 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. If you leave a voice message during the weekend, you will receive a response the following business day.

Online order pick ups

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer the option for online customers to pick up their orders directly from our distribution center.

Shipping time

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Our warehouse processes most orders within 48 business hours upon receipt (Monday to Friday, before 2:00 PM EST). Orders received after 2:00 PM, over the weekend, or on holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. We use UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service for shipping. For any applicable restrictions, please refer to the shipping information above.

Shipping during holidays

All our offices and warehouses in Hawaii will be closed: 

  • July 4:  Independence Day
  • September 2:  Labor Day
  • November 28-29: Thanksgiving
  • December 25: Christmas

To ensure on-time deliveries for Christmas, please place your orders by 12/15/2024 5PM HST

All inquiries and orders received these days will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are calculated based on net sales after any discounts are applied.

Standard Shipping Rates for Hawaii Islands & U.S. Continental

  • Orders $0 - $25: $15.00
  • Orders $25.01 - $55: $28.00
  • Orders $55.01 - $75.00: $35.00
  • Orders $75.01 and above: Free Shipping (to one address)

Express Shipping Rates for Hawaii Islands & U.S. Continental

  • Orders up to $55.00: $30.00
  • Orders $55.01 - $125.00: $50.00
  • Orders $125.01 and above: 25% of invoice total (to one address)

Delivery time

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping will arrive within 4-14 business days.
  • 2nd Day Air: Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air will arrive within 2 business days from the ship date.

Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email. This email will include your order's tracking number, allowing you to follow its journey directly through our carrier's website or app. If you encounter any issues or have further questions about tracking your order, our customer service team is here to assist you.

Perfumes and colognes shipping restrictions

Due to Federal air safety regulations, perfumes and colognes cannot be shipped via USPS mail. Therefore, all orders containing perfume and cologne products will be shipped exclusively through FedEx, with a requirement for a signature upon delivery.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your perfume or cologne order, a customer service representative will promptly contact you. Please note that due to current restrictions, these products cannot be shipped to any address outside the United States.

APO, FPO, and DPO addresses

We are pleased to offer shipping services to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. As part of our commitment to serving military personnel and their families stationed abroad, we utilize USPS for these shipments. Please refer to the shipping information provided above for any specific restrictions or guidelines that may apply.

Rest assured, we understand the importance of reliable shipping services to military addresses and strive to ensure your orders reach you promptly and securely. If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding APO, FPO, or DPO shipments, our customer service team is available to help.

International Shipping

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, international shipping may experience delays due to travel bans and limited air traffic availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during this unprecedented time.

International packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Delivery times are currently extended, with most international packages taking anywhere from an additional 15 days up to a month due to carrier challenges. Once a package leaves the Continental U.S., tracking becomes unavailable, as it is beyond The Madden Corporation's control.

Please plan accordingly when placing your order. Customs and duties are not included in the international shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will be collected at the time of delivery. In the event a package is refused or returned, a refund will be issued once all customs, taxes, and shipping charges have been paid by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply based on package weight and size, including shipments to Australia and New Zealand. You will be notified in advance if additional shipping costs are required.
